StopWaste

Certified Blue Recycling is part of StopWaste, which is Alameda County Waste Management Authority and Recycling Board. They are a public agency responsible for reducing the waste stream in Alameda County.

They are governed by three boards:

• The Alameda County Waste Management Authority
• The Alameda County Source Reduction & Recycling Board
• The Energy Council
